Fette di zucca e verdure miste al forno, Provolone Valpadana DOP Piccante, semi misti, germogli e olio alle erbe - Consorzio Tutela Provolone Valpadana

Ingredienti:

1/2 zucca delica
2 barbabietole precotta
1 broccolo
150 g Provolone Piccante
semi misti qb
germogli misti qb
olio evo

Preparazione:

Per preparare l’olio alle erbe frullate con l’aiuto di un minipimer le erbe aromatiche insieme all’olio evo. Poi filtratelo con un colino e tenete da parte. Mondate le verdure e tagliate la zucca a fette. Tagliate le barbabietole a spicchi ed il broccolo in cimette. Sbollentate i broccoli per 5 minuti in acqua bollente e poi trasferiteli in una pirofila insieme alla zucca e alle barbabietole. Condite con olio evo, sale e pepe a 200° per 30 min. Trasferite le verdure sul piatto da portata. Prendete forma di Provolone Piccante. Tagliate una forma di Provolone Piccante in due pezzi e grattugiarlo direttamente sulle verdure. Condite con l’olio alle erbe, i semi ed i germogli freschi.
