Grilled cheese sandwich con Provolone Valpadana DOP Dolce e burro alle erbe

Ingredienti:

  • 4 fette di pane rustico
  • 100 g Provolone Dolce
  • 50 g burro morbido
  • erbe aromatiche: erba cipollina, basilico, timo, maggiorana
  • pepe in grani qb

Preparazione:

Tritate le erbe finemente insieme al pepe e trasferitele in una ciotola insieme al burro morbido. Mescolate bene fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo. Tagliate il Provolone Dolce a fette e tenete da parte. Imburrate le fette di pane da entrambi i lati e fatele dorare in una padella. Adagiate le fette di Provolone Dolce su una fetta di pane e poi richiudete con l’altra fetta. Fate dorare e poi servite subito.
