Patate Hasselback agli aromi

Ingredienti:

  • 4 patate medie (o 8 piccole)
  • 4 rametti di timo fresco + altro per guarnire
  • 2 rametti di rosmarino
  • 2 rametti di origano fresco
  • Olio extravergine d’oliva, sale, pepe

Preparazione:

Lavate e asciugate accuratamente gli aromi. Prelevate le foglie di timo e origano fresco e disponetele su un tagliere. Aggiungete gli aghi di rosmarino e tritate tutto al coltello. Tenete da parte. Lavate le patate sotto l’acqua corrente e passatele con l’apposito raschietto per eliminare ogni residuo terroso dalla buccia. Asciugatele con cura e tagliatele a fisarmonica, praticando con un coltellino affilato delle incisioni parallele equidistanti tra loro e avendo cura di fermare le incisioni ad un cm dal bordo inferiore. Disponete le patate in una teglia rivestita di carta forno. Irroratele d’olio, facendo in modo che questo penetri nelle incisioni, e conditele con sale, pepe e il trito di aromi. Infornate a 200° per 70 minuti. Sfornate, fate raffreddare leggermente e servite dopo aver guarnito con il timo fresco rimasto. Le patate Hasselback sono perfette come contorno per i secondi piatti; provale con Provolone Valpadana DOP piccante, dolce e affumicato!
